With returning to in person meetings, we will have a few instructions that we will need to follow.  All cadets and senior members should have their temperature taken before leaving home to attend the meeting. Anyone who has a temperature near, at or above 100.4 F cannot attend the meeting. Also, if a CAP member and/or a close family member has had symptoms in the last two weeks, the CAP member should not attend a meeting or activity until two weeks after the last sign of symptoms.

All meeting attendees will need to supply a mask to wear during the meeting. Please wear the mask upon exiting your vehicle and before you enter the building.

A table will be set outside the entrance of the building.  All meeting attendees will have their temperature checked before entering the building.  Anyone who has a temperature near, at or above 100.4 F will not be allowed to attend the meeting. All parents/guardians should remain until the cadet is confirmed to be able to enter the building.

All cadets and senior members will be required to wear a mask during the entire meeting and social distancing will be practiced.

***PROMOTIONS***: We will be catching up promotions from the virtual meetings. While we know that promotions are an exciting time for our cadets and families, due to the limitations on the number of people we can have at our meetings, please limit attendees for promotions to parents only. We appreciate your understanding.

CADET HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENT: A reminder to cadets:  Please be sure to have completed the Aircraft Ground Handling course prior to the meeting.
